Learn How To Join The Oaks


-There is no application or approval needed if you’re buying a home.

-Once the sale is completed and ownership is transferred, the new owners will need to schedule orientation and will need to provide a copy of the DEED and HUD (closing statement). 

-Orientations can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 11AM – 3PM to either the Assistant Property Manager or the Director of Marketing to gain resident gate access. Contact aconstant@oaksclub.net, marketing@oaksclub.net, or frontdesk@oaksclub.net

-The meeting will cover community guidelines, rules, and regulations.


-Tenants must fill out application & complete all background checks. (CLICK HERE For Application & Background Check)

-Minimum 4-month rentals.

-Corporate Rentals allowed.

-Corporate entities must follow this process for each new tenant and all tenants must comply with all the rules & regulations of the community.

-$100 application fee (separate check).

– 30 day lead time.

-Renters must schedule an orientation to gain resident access.
